- Contact form – your name, email, firm name, phone number, and message, when you send an inquiry.
- Newsletter – your email address, when you subscribe.
- ROI calculator – the numbers you enter and your email address, only if you ask us to email you the estimate.
- Call bookings – handled by Calendly on their platform, under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
- Technical data – standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security and performance, plus a small cookie that remembers if you closed our newsletter box so we do not show it again.
- Fonts – our web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log the request that loads them.

Why we collect it

To respond to your inquiries, send the newsletter you asked for, prepare for a call you booked, and keep the website running securely. Nothing else.

Legal basis

We process personal data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the business, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.

Where it is stored and how it is protected

Form submissions and newsletter signups are stored in our website’s database with our hosting provider. The site is served over HTTPS, access to the data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you, and we do not store payment card details or government credentials on this website.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this website and respond to you – our hosting provider, our email provider, and our scheduling provider – each under their own safeguards. If law enforcement or a regulator lawfully requires disclosure, we comply.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased or blocked, to object to processing, to data portability, and to be indemnified for damages. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

How to exercise your rights

Email hello@anuexis.com with your request – including unsubscribing from the newsletter, which you can also do by replying to any issue we send. We respond within one business day.
